A graduate from College Mérici in Food Services Management, as well as Sommelier training, Caroline enjoys all the pleasures of the table. Her love for the public, custumer service and her passion for gastronomy and wines lead her towards the domain of the management and the wine. Full bodied, fresh and mineral, are few exemples of descriptions of the wines she so loves to serve. Ask her for some suggestions and she will gladly share her passion for vines and regions that just may surprise you.


Jan-Nicholas Harbec BrodeurManager, co-owner

Nature lover, passionate rock climber and graduate from the ITHQ school in sommelier and bartending training brings a rigorous touch to any circumstance. His excellent team spirit and boldness make him a natural leader and appreciated by all. Self-taught and passionate about cooking, Jan Nicholas knew from the very start (August, 2010) how to build a warm and prosperous company.


Justin FloodChef

Alberta native, Justin Flood grew up on a small auto suficient family farm and had contact with fresh produce from a very young age. Summer and part time jobs in kitchens sparked his true passion for food driving him through cooking school (RSPTC Lasalle) at the top of his class. After several years at Hotel La Montagne, Thursdays, Justin spent a year as a private chef for a certain well known family in Québec. Surrounded by amazing local products Justin creates ingredient driven dishes shining the spotlight on these products.
